CleanZone mats are a fixed, semi-permanent solution for controlling contamination at floor level. Suitable for pedestrian flows and light-wheeled traffic.
Dycem CleanZone floor mats are washable, reusable, and suitable for pedestrian flows and light-wheeled traffic up to 1000 lb/in² (70 kg/cm2). Scientifically tested, CleanZone prevents up to 99.9% of shoe and wheel-borne contamination, and up to 75% of airborne contamination from entering controlled environments.
All Dycem’s products are antimicrobial. Dycem antimicrobial floor mats are designed to trap and inhibit the growth of viable particles transferred from shoes, wheels, or that are released into the air and fall to the floor at any given time. They are used to prevent contamination in a variety of industries and facilities where cleanliness and hygiene are critical.
Our CleanZone material incorporates silver ion-based Polygiene BioMaster, a durable, long-lasting, and highly active antimicrobial ingredient, used to inhibit the growth of microbial contamination. When added to CleanZone during the manufacturing process, Polygiene BioMaster is dispersed throughout and remains effective for the life of the product.

Tips For Use
Keep the area where Dycem mats are installed clear and free from obstacles such as bins, crates, carts, or racks.
Ensure no heavy items or equipment are left on the Dycem surface for prolonged periods of time.
During usage, your Dycem mats may look dirty. This is good and shows that the product is working to keep contamination out of your critical environments.
Slight scuffing may appear if shoes frequently drag across the Dycem mat in high-traffic areas, however, this does not affect performance.
