Dycem Access Panels

Our Inlaid Access Panels are engineered for facilities with segmented or raised flooring—such as data centers and colocation environments—where floor-level contamination control is critical. These panels safeguard sensitive equipment against dust, charged particles, and zinc whiskers that can compromise performance and reliability.

Working in partnership with leading raised flooring manufacturers, Dycem pre-applies its contamination control material directly to custom access panels, providing a seamless replacement for standard raised floor tiles. Each panel is fully customizable to match the footprint and operational needs of your facility, delivering tailored protection exactly where it’s needed most.

Why access panels?

Dycem® inlaid access panels are engineered for facilities with segmented or raised flooring, such as data centers and colocations. These panels provide critical protection against particulate contamination—including dust, charged particles, and zinc whiskers—that can damage sensitive hardware and equipment.

By partnering with leading raised flooring system manufacturers, Dycem pre-applies its polymeric material directly to custom panels, enabling seamless integration into existing raised access floor systems. Installed as a direct replacement for standard tiles, Dycem Access Panels create an unavoidable barrier to contamination while maintaining full accessibility.

Each panel can be fully customized in size and footprint to meet the specific needs of your facility.

How Dycem access panels work

Working in collaboration with raised access floor manufacturers worldwide, Dycem integrates its high-performance polymer onto the base panel itself. This ensures customized contamination control while maintaining full accessibility for underfloor systems.

Installed as a direct replacement for standard tiles, the Dycem Access Panel creates an unavoidable barrier against contamination, stopping dust, static, and zinc whiskers from spreading into mission-critical areas.

Our ISO-certified processes ensure consistent quality, resulting in high-quality contamination control mats that deliver long-term performance. Dycem’s manufacturing meets EN 150 9001 and 14001 standards, California Proposition 65 and EU REACH compliance, ensuring the highest quality and environmental responsibility.
